Who are sugarrays ?
Sugar Ray’s are the U.K largest and premium boxing store. After servicing the sports retail for over 20 years we decided to concentrate on this the noblest of sports. We were the first to notice the lack of equipment and choice available to boxers and set about changing that. We are proud to announce that with the arrival of Sugar Ray’s the boxing and fitness enthusiast can now have the products, prices and professional service they deserve. We are used by house hold boxing and star name such as Barry McGuigan, Jamie Moore, Anthony Joshua, Liam Gallagher, John Murray, Kevin Mitchell, George Groves, James DeGale, David Haye, Chris Eubank, Ronnie O’Sullivan, Amir Khan, Darren Barker, Tony Bellew, Phil Taylor and Neil Ruddock. Sporting Organisations such as Sport England, The English Olympic Boxing Squad and Ireland’s Olympic Boxing Team and large organisations like Fitness First and Cannon’s Gym.

Where are we based ?
We are based in Brentwood in Essex. Brentwood has good links to the M25 and junction 28 brings you into Brentwood.It also has links from A12 and A127. Our boxing showroom carries the same boxing equipment range as the site and our catalogue, they are all available to view at the address below. We are open from 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday.

please note: Larger non boxing items are now serviced from our large Warehouse, with over 5,000sq feet of storage. please phone for confirmation of in store availability, or to arrange a pickup. i.e Treadmills, multi gym’s etc. This does not effect delivery time’s, for order’s place online.
What Brands do we sell ?
Now this is where sugar ray’s comes into it’s own. We sell the normal:Lonsdale, Title, Probox, adidas, BBE, TopTen, Reebok, Century, Bytomic, Greenhill, York, ShockDoctor, Swelter, Luta, Bad Boy, Exigo and Opro to name a few. We stock the full range from most companies and offer competitive prices with out reducing your service. We also offer exclusively in the U.K Everlast professional range (U.S.A), exclusive products from CletoReyes, Everlast, Tuf-Wear, Ampro and Ringside. We always look at the up and coming brands and have been the original stockiest for some of the aforementioned goods. If it’s a premium brand trust that at Sugar Ray’s we get it first!
Do I need to be a member ?
We at Sugar Ray’s believe in giving everyone the best price be it an individual or a club. We supply most major boxing clubs and supply the Armed Forces, Police, Fire Brigade and Civil Services, we also supply many gyms and leisure centers. You do not need to be a member and every one is free to order from this site. If you have specific requirements as a company i.e a quote or invoice or pay via an official order number(available to Armed forces, Local and Government Agencies, Schools, Colleges and Universities only). Please ring or email for details.
I ordered today when will it be delivered?
We will notify you within 3 days of goods being out of stock and will offer an alternative or a delivery date. All other deliveries will be processed within 48 hours and delivered within 5 working days. If you have not received your delivery within this time please contact us.
Can I Order from abroad?
Yes simply register stating your country, you can then select the items for your cart you require, the web site will work out the cost of postage of each item. You are under no obligation to buy and can remove the items at any time before checkout. At Sugar Ray’s we don’t believe in hidden costs and show them each step of the way. Delivery to non EU countries may incur import duties and taxes. Sugar Ray’s Boxing Limited cannot be held liable for any extra duties or taxes that are charged by Customs and Excise. Claiming back VAT is the responsibility of the customer.
I have received my goods today and need to send it back:
Please go to our returns section under the terms and condition for details on returning goods to us for a exchange or refund or just contact us on the details above and we will be happy to help you. For your convenience you can log into your account and select the order that requires an item to send back, you will then receive on approval an autherisation number, simply print the order out marking the item returned with the autherisation number. For you protection we would advice you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, all Debit Cards and Maestro. You can also order via cheque and can print an order form off from the site and send it to the address above. (Form is available to print at bottom of page or in the Help section)Cheques take 5 working days to clear, before the goods are sent. You can also pay via Postal Orders(Post Office)or Bankers Draft/Cheque, these still need to clear first before goods are sent. Cheques are made payable to Sugar Ray’s Boxing Limited. You can also order from the site and select phone ordering leave details of how you will pay in the customer notes section at time of order i.e Payment via cheque.
Can You Make Up Custom Wear?
Yes, Simply print out the Custom Order Form from the help section and follow the instructions. For examples of some of the work we have done(Small Selection, to many to show)Look at our blog.
Can I order over the phone? or via the post?
Yes print off the order form below with the step by step guide to ordering alternatively you can order online and select phone ordering, leave details of payment in customer notes section at time of order i.e Phone me for card or sending cheque etc. Cheques made payable to Sugar Ray’s Boxing Limited
