Customer Service
If you need to contact us regarding your order or any other problem you may have for a direct response please Telephone 01277 204888 9.30 – 5.30 Monday – Friday 9.30 – 5.00pm Saturday, where we will be happy to help. You can also email sales@sugarrays.co.uk we aim to answer all email’s within 3 Working Days. If you believe that an email has gone unanswered please contact us on 01277 204888 as with modern spam filters and server settings that modern websites have to have, not all emails from genuine customers make it through the spam.
Next Day Delivery and Priority Despatch
If you require a next day or priority service please ring 01277 204 888 where a member of our sales team will be happy to advise you on our products. Over the phone we will be able to ensure goods are available for next day delivery or priority dispatch and talk through your requirements and alternatives. For a guaranteed next day delivery there will be an extra postal charge that will be calculated at the time of ordering.

Our friendly and experienced sales staff are more than happy to help you with any questions you may have. If you can’t make it to the boxing and MMA shop, you can order on our secure website or over the phone on 01277 204 888 where one of our experienced sales team will be on hand to take your order and answer any questions you may have about a product.
Shipping policy.(uk)
The website will work out the price of shipping with each item that is put in the cart, these can easily be removed at any time before checkout and you are under no obligation to continue the order. At Sugar Ray’s we do not hide costs from the customer until checkout.
We aim to dispatch good’s the same or next day, for a 3-4 working day delivery service. (The delivery services we use is 48 hours and insured, as it is more secure, once they leave us). If you have not received anything within 5 day’s please contact us as we aim to notify you of delays and the parcel could be in transit and need chasing. i.e. no one was in etc. Please note while we keep the site up to date with stock items, sometimes due to demand or space we may need to order from the manufacturers, this will add a slight delay to your order on some occasions, we still aim to deliver in 5 working days. If for some reason the item is out of stock with us and the manufacturers, we can offer a replacement or a refund on the item. You will be notified the postage price at the time of ordering, please note we reserve the right for bulky items or for items going to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight you will be emailed with the relevant shipping charge and goods will not be sent until after you have approved the quotation. While delivery times vary we normally deliver within 5 days.
Please note couriers and delivery services tend to deliver during the working day, you may find it easier to give a work address, as parcels will need to be signed for. Please ensure a complete delivery address is provided as incomplete address can result in a delay or even the goods returning undelivered by the courier company.
Please check parcels are not split or damaged when signing from the courier, if they are please sign for them damaged and contact us if there is a shortage or the goods are damaged. Ensure that you are signing for the correct amount of parcels and that none are missing. If there is not the right amount only sign for the amount you are taking in.
Undeliverable Goods
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you provide when your order is delivered to sign. If no one is home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you. If, subsequently, your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn’t deliver the goods or because you didn’t contact them to re-arrange the delivery or collect your order from their offices when carded, you will be required to pay the original shipping cost and incurred by Sugar Ray’s Limited. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time, you will receive a full refund less carriage and return carriage charges incurred by Sugar Ray’s Limited. This also applies if the delivery address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete delivery, which resulted in return of an order by the carrier.
Cancellation Policy & DSR:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this web-site for a full refund. However there are certain conditions that you must meet. First you must contact us in writing at sales@sugarrays.co.uk or via post either before your order is shipped or within 7 working days of the day after your receiving of the goods advising us that you wish to cancel/return the item(s). A full refund including the original postage and packaging charges to send the goods out will be given within 7 working days off the goods being sent back. If you cancel your order before the goods are shipped then you will not be liable for any charges. If you contact us after the goods are shipped and you are within your ‘cooling off period’ you will be responsible for the return carriage costs back to Sugar Ray’s Limited. If you cancel your order in writing within the stated period it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Sugar Ray’s Limited at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed and we recommend that you use a carrier that offers transit insurance against loss or damage. The goods must arrive back with us in an as new, saleable condition and again we recommend that you use a carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery. Should the goods arrive at Sugar Ray’s Limited in a damaged condition we will not accept the delivery. Unfortunately any personalised items cannot be cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations.
International Shipping Policy
International shipping is available at Sugar Ray’s. To obtain a free quote or to order simply register an account selecting your country, whilst logged in to your account any products added to your cart will show a shipping price, you can remove the items from your cart at any time before checkout and you are under no obligation to proceed with the order before payment. At Sugar Ray’s we do not believe in hidden prices from the customer only showing up at the time of ordering. Prices quoted for shipping via our software are relative to the country selected. Our delivery times may vary, they will normally be delivered in 7 working days. Delivery to non-EU countries may incur import duties and taxes. Sugar Ray’s Limited cannot be held liable for any extra duties or taxes that are charged by Customs and Excise. Claiming back VAT is the responsibility of the customer.
Security Policy
Sugarray’s.co.uk uses secure server software(ssl)to ensure that your personal details will be protected against fraudulent use whilst on our site. The encryption level used is 128 bit and ensures that we are the only recipient able to view your details once they have been decrypted on our secure server offline. Your details are not held in clear text on any website. If you have any concerns relating to security please email us on sales@sugarrays.co.uk
Payment
Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Connect, Maestro, American Express and Debit Cards. You can also for your convenience select the products you require online and time of check out at the payment selection choose phone order we will then simply telephone for payment over the phone. You can also send in cheque/postal order by the same process, stating in your customer notes that you are sending in payment or telephone with details. Cheques are made payable to Sugar Ray’s Limited.
14 Day Non Faulty Returns and Exchanges
Here at Sugar Ray’s we operate a no hassle 14 day money back guarantee, we aim to take the stress out of online ordering and as a reputable company of bricks and mortar give you ample time to return those unwanted items. Sugarrays.co.uk must simply receive the goods back within 14 days from delivery date, if the consumer wishes to return unwanted goods. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please note that any items that have been customised, personalised, used for filming, production or photo shoots are non-returnable. Sugarrays.co.uk reserve the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non merchantable quality. Refunds will be for the value of the goods and will not include the cost of postage to send the goods to the customer. All costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer and Sugar Ray’s Limited accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to Sugar Ray’s Limited. If you wish to return any items purchased during a sale, you may return them only for store credit or through item exchange, not for a refund.
If the customer wishes to exchange goods they will be charged a handling fee of £5.00 one item and £8.95 for two or more. Bulky items will be charged at cost. If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer and no postage will be charged for sending the goods back out, please include the receipt for the postage cost if you are entitled to a postage refund.
For your convenience you can log into your account and select the order that requires an item to send back, you will then receive on approval an authorization number, simply print the order out marking the item returned with the authorization number.
For you protection we would advice you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Returns
On proven faulty goods Sugar Rays Limited will credit the cost of sending the goods back to the customer. The customer can specify whether or not they require a refund or exchange. For your convenience you can log into your account and select the order that requires an item to send back, you will then receive on approval an authorization number, simply print the order out marking the item returned with the authorization number. For your protection we suggest you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance, please include the receipt for the cost if you require the postage costs incurred. All products we advertise are hand selected because of their quality, if you are unhappy with the quality or performance of as product, please email us on sales@sugarrays.co.uk. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints
We constantly strive to improve our customer services. In the unlikely event you feel the need to register a complaint or have a suggestion for sugarray’s.co.uk. Please contact us immediately. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We will keep you updated on our investigation into your complaint and notify you with the outcome. eCoupons
eCoupons can only be used online at www.sugarrays.co.uk and are not allowed in store. An eCoupon is redeemed by entering its code at the appropriate point in the online process. Redemption may be subject to proof of ownership and Sugar Ray’s reserve the right to withdraw or cancel eCoupon at any time. The eCoupon remains Sugar Ray’s property at all times, the eCoupon cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers or eCoupons. eCoupons cannot be exchanged for other items.
Use of Equipment
Please note that fitness equipment must at all times be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Please consult your doctor if you have any doubt as to the suitability of the exercise you are undertaking. Any items with manufacturer’s warranty, is passed on to the customer. Sugar Ray’s Limited has no control over the terms of the warranty and would advise you the customer to complete any necessary documentation as specified by the manufacturer. Any guarantees and warranties offered are in addition to the consumers statutory rights. We recommend that before undertaking a new fitness regime to consult your doctor.
General
Sugar Ray’s Limited will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website resulting from unauthorised access or alteration of your transmission or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. Sugarrays.co.uk provide links to sites that we feel will be of interest to you the consumer. We do not however have any responsibility for the content of that site or any grievance that you may subsequently have over goods or services provided from that company. If you have any concerns relating to a company that is linked to our site please contact us on sales@sugarrays.co.uk.
Sizes are a guideline please check garments before printing. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed and Sugar Ray’s Boxing Limited cannot be held responsible for 3rd party deliveries. Do not book training sessions until goods have arrived as we cannot be held responsible to costs accrued from cancelations due to non-delivery.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, typographic, photographic and descriptive errors are subject to corrections. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item without prior notice. All prices quoted by sugarrays.co.uk include VAT @20.00% except children’s clothing and footwear which are zero rated.
Customers agree to pay the total price including VAT, carriage and any handling costs as specified at the time of purchase. Sugarrays.co.uk reserve the right to refuse to supply. Customer’s credit cards will normally only be charged for goods that are available for despatch. For orders deemed special orders we reserve the right to charge the customer in advance of the estimated delivery date. If an item is not available we will email you telling you when that product is likely to be in stock and possibly offering an alternative. If the estimated delivery time is unacceptable you have the option to cancel your order. If paying by cheque the goods will not be despatched until funds have cleared. Normally 6 working days.
Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment Policy
Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment Regulation 2006 (WEEE)
Under the terms of the above agreement Sugar Ray’s Ltd as a distributor of goods that fall under the above must offer to our customers the facility to dispose of their unwanted EEE relative to the above directive. Under Article 2 of the Directive each EU member state is required to minimise the disposal of WEEE as unsorted municipal waste and to achieve a high level of collection of WEEE for treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal From July 2007 these regulations came into force to encourage people to arrange for their waste electrical equipment to be collected and recycled rather than throwing them away In an attempt to minimise the harmful effects of dumping waste electrical products in landfill sites we provide our customers with the means to prevent this when they buy an item classed as EEE. a) Take Back System: you may return to us an equivalent electrical item when purchasing a new EEE i.e. if you purchase a treadmill from us you may return your old treadmill to us for environmental disposal there is no cost to you other than the cost you may incur in transporting the item to our warehouse. b) Collection system: you may ask us to collect your old item after your new one has been delivered again on a like for like basis, in these circumstances we will seek only to recover our costs of doing so, i.e. transportation costs. You may have noticed the ‘crossed out wheelie-bin’ symbol which appears on EEE products, this symbol is to advise that the product should not be disposed of as ‘household-waste’ when no longer required but should be sent for disposal, your distributor will be able to provide information on how to do this. Please note it’s not only bulky items such as exercise equipment covered by this. Please check any electrical item before throwing it away, Ring Timers, Wall clocks etc have this symbol on and need to be disposed of correctly Sugar Ray’s Ltd as a distributor of electrical good’s is committed to minimising the impact that these products have on the environment and will ensure that all WEEE returned to us will be disposed of in a manner in accordance with the regulation. Many EEE items contain substances which, if disposed of as municipal waste may cause harmful effects to human health and to the environment. In addition to the above Sugar Ray’s Ltd recycles wherever possible any waste produced by the business.
