Speedballs

Speedball’s are used on a speedball frame, many come with a ball that you may want to upgrade or you may want your own speedball to take to the boxing club or boxing gym. The smaller the Speedball is the faster and harder it is to hit, this is great for hand speed work, Agility and co-ordination. Moving round the speedball trains your balance, rhythm and agility, training your brain to do two things at once, move and punch! You don’t have to be a boxer to get the same benefits from working out on a speed ball and it is a fun and varied work out.
